i have applied for my visa last week n my college is starting from 1st of September.. but i hav got a letter from the embessy that they need further tests to be done to take a decision about the medical condition and the panel physicians told me tht if we hav to do the sputum test then it takes 90 days to get the results n i dont hav 90 days
What should i do?...

You don't have a choice. Do what they say.
Talk to your college for possible deferral to winter semester. If they do not provide deferred admission, reassess your situation.

Okayyy i hav one more quiery that.. this sputum test takes 8 week okayy n i have been told to get an xray on or after 17th september can this xray date be preponed
Can it be taken 5-7 days earlier?????

Let me explain you the medical side. They are suspecting that you have tuberculosis (very common in subcontinent). The test is to determine whether you have active infection or not. In order to confirm that they will corroborate your sputum test report (that takes 8 weeks) with you x ray taken at the end of the period. So that, if there is an infection, it will get more chance to flare up and be visible in x ray. So, from their perspective, it is wiser to delay the x ray date.

In short, No. It should not be preponed.
