***JUNE 2017***OUTLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Hi everyone am new here. My application was sent on the 26 of June and received on the 27.could you guys add me to the spreadsheet.

I'm in the same situation I answered it yes because the question was in general? They didn't actually say after you came back to Canada ! I don't know I'm confused I was about to send the application in . So shall change it ?

We answered yes despite not having any further visits after getting married. The question was whether you have visited each other during your relationship, not just your marriage. Especially for recently married, long-distance couples, I believe this section gives you an opportunity to evidence that your relationship is genuine (and that it wasn't a marriage of convenience) despite not living together.

Yh I understand we got married during his first visit . Since we both are Muslims and we have our own beliefs that cant do dating and things so we got married. he's coming back ones he get another annual leave from his job . So I just said yes and mentioned the one visit .
 
We got our request for Schedule A and the police certificate on June 29th.
It's maybe worth mentioning that after linking, we didn't get an email requesting the documents outright. Instead, we got a short notification email telling us that we had a message in our myCIC account. That message (a pdf) contained the actual request for the specific documents.
Hope everyone else gets theirs soon! :)

One of my friend had same situation...she dint meet her husband before wedding...it was an arranged marraige, they talked on phone and whatsapp like us. Then she went to india to marry him and came back. She too answered that question as NO and explained the situation in the column given for No and got her file number amd medical request. So if your situation is similar you can answer No.

My wish for this day/this week, is a rain of AORs for everybody from the beginning of June who is still waiting :D :D
 
Honestly speaking. I am so worried as my application has been returned in may and still waiting for AOR now after resubmit it in june .. wish you all the best. Please keep us updated.
