thank for your detailed reply. Can you please tell me what are the chances for to get an OINP or ITA this year ...

What is your CRS score?

Guys, I have not been able to keep myself updated with the Draws since the past one month. Can I anyone tell me why there hasn't been a draw since 31st May ? There used to be one almost every fortnight , right ?

There were changes deployed on June 6th related to the CRS system, hence the delay in conducting the draw.
The next draw is happening in 60 hours. Wait for it!

any chances fr 395 in future ( please don tell me to write ielts . I already started to do that )

Yes, there are chances even for a direct ITA but nothing is guaranteed.
If there are back to back draws in July (draws with a 1 week gap), you could get an ITA. If not, it could take more time.

For OINP the current cut off is 400, but if they reduce it, you can get an NOI too. There have been some recent discussions about reducing the cut off. So you can be hopeful.

Before the Express Entry was introduced, i.e. before this CRS based draws, the applications were processed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
What do I imply?? I wanted to say that CRS doesn't matter, actually. If you are eligible, you will receive an ITA.
If you look at the CRS cut-off trends for the past two years, it will tell you that the total number of active profiles in the pool are decreasing.
A day will come when (maybe in 3-5 years from now) everyone in the pool will get an ITA in every draw, and IRCC's target would still remain un-achieved.

Canada has a target of achieving 100 million population by the year 2100. The current population is only around 35 million. So, yes they need a lot of migrants to help them achieve this target.

Also, there was a recent announcement from the immigration Minister stating they have baselined the number of migrants per year @ 3,00,000. So, we should see them taking in huge numbers through the federal system just like they did in the 1st 5 months of 2017.

But then there is got to be more people applying for Canada PR down the line seeing the chances of getting to migrate, so the pool would continue to be crowded.

Hi guys,
I just checked my account and realized that I receive a Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter from Ontario. They asked me to contact them directly. I emailed them at ontarionominee@ontario.ca already for next steps advice. But I'm quite unsure of how this scheme is going to work? Do I need to apply for it or I can just wait for the next draw? My CRS is 413.

Please advise. Thank you a lot!!

I

is this is prediction or draw always happens after maintenance???

It has been observed previously that if a scheduled maintenance happens on Tuesday, then there is a draw on Wednesday. You can check previous ray of hope threads.

You need to apply for it, you have 6 months to accept the invitation and then once you accept it you have 14 days to provide them with the information they request.

Here's the page to start reading up about it
http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_APPLY.html

Downsides being that it will cost CAD1500 to apply and will take you out of the EE pool for the next month while they process your application.

Upside is if you get approved you 600 points added to your profile taking you up to 1013 and making it a guaranteed thing that you will get an ITA in the next EE draw

I could help meet the population target a bit, by marrying multiple times and begetting a dozen children from each marriage. Blame my libido :D, for being so ambitious.
