I still have had no updates since June 6. I don't know if I'm at IP1 or IP2.
Guys my aor is April 1. Passed medicls on 4th June. My bg went to ip1 and to na but i am not 100% sure about this. Yesterday i mailed cic and they told me my app is still at central processing center. What does this signifies about my app status?

Thank you for ur reply. Basically i am interested in knowing if they process our application beyond medicals at Centralised intake office (cio) or how does it work?
I checked my application today, and found that the Review of Additional Documents changed to "We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details." but I didn't find any message in my account... What should I do?
Its a glitch in the system after June 6 upgrade. Mine also says the same . They have not fixed the issue till now.
Just to be sure also check your spam and promotion folders.
Thanks Kiran for the optimism. But my question was why is my file at Ottawa when I am FSW-O. The link says only canadian and US applications go to Ottawa for finalisation.You are close! I guess you will be the first FSW-O aprilaor (leave neideix, he is a hoax created by CIC to torture all other FSW-O) to get PPR!

2. BGC immediately went to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your BGC"
3. On 24.06 BGC went to "We are processing your BGC. We will send you a message if we need more information"
So No. 2 was IP1
Is No. 3 IPI or IP2? This is what i need to know so i can update the tracker and know my progress.
Not sure if it went to NA between No. 2 and No. 3

yes, the link does say that, but since last few months many outlanders, especially from India have their files at Ottawa for finalisation after CIO sydney, I think it might be due to the rush or something that sometimes files get distributed.
So i guess no worry there, in, fact Ottawa is way faster then NDVO, so its good.
P.S- a candidate from India had his file sent to Singapore, then he requested change to NDVO, so you never know with CIC.

Is No. 3 IPI or IP2? This is what i need to know so i can update the tracker and know my progress. Now, for this, if we go by wordings this is IP2, but logically you couldn't have gone from IP1 to NA and to IP1 within a day! (but you can never know for sure with CIC they can do anything).
Now IP1 and IP2 are created words by forum members to easily discuss timelines. As per CIC there is no IP1 and IP2, its just that background goes in progress immediately after meds, then again is NA and then again goes in progress. Generally for applicants to go from IP1 to IP2 it takes around 20-30 days at least, so by that it seems that maybe just the wording changed.
Also it is worth noting here that this concept of wording is also deduced by forum members only, CIC keeps on changing these wordings.
So, conclusion as for your file as per you AOR) I think it is being processed for eligibility etc., now and your R10 must be complete, because R10 usually gets completed around meds passed. So its safe to say that your IP1 is complete and you are in IP2 stage where eligibility etc. checks happen. Most candidates have these checks at NA stage but for you CIC skipped it
Update the tracker as IP2 stage now, because here we are going by wordings.
Any clarity will come to us in the coming days regarding this difference in your file from others, that whether it was a technical glitch or anything else, you can always change then on the tracker to help others. Because people get PPR after 2-15 days after IP2, but it takes longer from NA to PPR around 40-50 days on average. So your timeline will help us understand that what happened here, till then hang in there and hope for the best

How many cases have you seen where files have been sent to Ottawa instead of NDVO? Also, where do these candidates send their passport for stamping?
As far as i remember 4 (from India) in last 3 months. I know one of them personally, so that candidate was requested to send passport to ottawa only, but then he requested CIC to change it to NDVO, as there is option to send it your nearest VO. It was changed and he sent to new delhi. So you will be fine IMO.
I just applied filters on March immitracker and 15 people(FSW-O ) whose counrtry of residence is not Canada or US have their visa office as Ottawa.
