ohh is it so?
I thought they determine eligibility before ip2, since ip2 is the last thing in whole process. So, if the applicant is found eligible then only they can start the rest process. It was my thought though.
Yeah true, but first they check if all the documents are there. What if you are eligible but missing a document, that means they would reject you after 5 months! Nobody wants that :( :) And thats their law.

But also instead of rejecting they could also ask for an additional document.. but hey who wants to live in a perfect world!!!

Thats after IP2, but then you are very close to PR! In the end basically.

IP2 is nothing if you look closely. People get PPR after IP2 in a matter of days. The whole A11.2/ security/criminality is done during the NA stage as it lasts for 4-6 weeks.

Do not be conused with the status NA . I hope this makes sense.

How many days does it take to move from IP2 to the PPR email? I have been sitting on IP2 from 17th June now. The wait is killing me.

Saw the tracker that people who have IP2 from 16th to 21st are still awaiting the email, while those before it - have got it, mostly in 3-5 days! Come on CIC!

PPR updates in the tracker seem quite erratic.

Hi All,

My AOR is 24th Apr 2017 and I had status change yesterday when the the medical test status went to "You have passed the medical test" and the Review of additional documents went to "we are now reviewing the additional documents". Background Checks is still "not applicable". Can you please help me with the following?

1. What state is the application in? Has the application progressed the right way?
2. Even though the medical status changed, there is no change in the application messages to indicate this. Is that normal?
3. What will be the next steps in the process?

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Spencer

Everything is going just fine.. Nothing to worry about.

BTW did you upload any additional documents

BG Na after ip1.
Does this mean that A11. 2 has been cleared? That's to say eligibility for particular stream is passed?
A11.2 is cleared during the NA phase. IP2 is nothing . People get PPR in a matter of days after IP2.
