Searching for a job in Canada

I have asked you about hiring in public sector or government sector like policemen or in border services agency and so on.... you have provided me this link http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/careers first of all I found before to apply for these careers must be canadian citizen but I 'm not canadian citizen, How can I apply for job in public sector if you're familiar with hiring?

No. PR is short for Canadian permanent resident.

If you aren't a Canadian, government jobs are out of your reach.
