Hi @legalfalcon query regarding medical examination.

With the panel examiner I went to (about 5 days ago), he had noted that my blood pressure was quite high, and has requested that I get myself shown to my primary care physician to see if I should undergo any specific treatment for the same. The panel examiner has issued me the medical info sheet saying that he will wait for my physician to contact him before he submits my results.

My physician is going to take another week, since she wants to wait it out and take a few more observations, stating that it may just be manageable with lifestyle changes and might not need drugs/medication.

The dilemma/question. Since I have the medical info sheet from the panel examiner, I have all the documentation that I need to submit my eAPR. However, if the panel physician is going to wait till another week to submit my medicals in the eMedical system, would it hurt/hamper my case if I do submit my eAPR now (between today/tomorrow)? Or should I wait till I get confirmation from the panel physician that my medicals have been submitted in the eMedical system.

Thanks in advance.

One more quick question
Should I get the police certificate starting from my 18th birthday or birth until the time I've lived there ? Because from my birth until the 25th year I've lived in the same city

Thank you so much for the speedy response bro
I really appreciate the work you are doing helping out all the new peeps. Honestly, you are a source of inspiration, I hope I help the people around here like you once I'm done with my process

YEs, you will have to get the PCC for all the time period you lived in your country of Residence after you turned 18.

Thanks, I have ordered and there is security screen section.

I am from China and just traveled to several developed countries before. I have no idea why they choose me to run the security check.

Also, the endless waiting is really disturbing~

Security check is done for everyone. You are not an exception.

There is no harm in submitting your application. You can go ahead since the medicals are done upfront. Once your primary care doctor finds the reason for the high blood pressure, your panel physician will enter it in his report and send it. The panel physician is not waiting to confirm if you don't have any underlying condition. Usually blood pressure is not an issue as it can be easily managed, but it may be a sign of something else. So the physical just wants to be sure. I am not a doctor, so please don't rely on my advise with regard to the medicals.

It is all same in my three email.if you want to see then i could email for you.I have one friend in my whatsapp group,He works in Edmonton, but his dependents are in India,we have applied in same month but he had received PPR on Janurary,he told me just now,he submitted his passport first to Ottawa and after he received passport and COPR back after 14 days and he landed in canada. Then after two days he received letter from cic for his dependents to submit his dependents passport to NDVO.So please advised me,should i call to cic on Monday and submit my passport.

You have sent an email to IRCC requesting for a change for your dependents. If you want you can go ahead and submit your passport, but I would wait to hear back. You can call and see if the agent is helpful and can expedite the process. No harm in that.

Hey LegalFalcon. Does education and work experience (NOC) need to be closely connected? For example, can you claim points for NOC you have experience in but dont have education for that job, but you have a degree in some other unrelated field/discipline?

You will only get an email when a document is required. For everything else you will have to log in and check from time to time.

@legalfalcon

Hi,

Hope you are doing well & thank you for always helping others.

I have this question for you, can you please take time to look into it & please suggest?

I got reference letter from H.R. which doesn't have roles & responsibilities & exact start date of my position, instead it states when i joined company. I was promoted to skilled level job but as i said it doesn't states exact date of it.

I have copy of email conversation between myself, hr & my marketing manager who asked hr to give ref letter as per cic requirements.

Eventually, my marketing manager gave me letter as per cic requirements except it's not on letterhead, but he attached his company card & contact details like company email & cell no.

I also attached paystubs & t4's.

Will this work?

Regards

Thanks. Just one more question. I had applied both for work permit and PR. Now i have received my work permit and would be entering Canada on the same while PR is pending. So, once i come to Canada what intimation i need to give to CIC such as address update etc otherwise they would keep considering my VO as NDVO. And how to intimate?
