You have 6 months to decide if you want to accept it or not but once you accept it, you'll have only about 40 days to pay your fees, $1,500C and submit all required documents.

By the way, have you considered re-taking IELTS? With a 7 in writing, you'll be on a comfortable 473 when you turn 30 and the temptation to accept OINP will not arise.

I'm retaking IELTS for sure, but I just didn't want to lose the nomination as a backup plan, is there any reference the notification of interest expiry period? In the mail I received on MyCIC they stated that I should contact Ontario directly after receiving the letter

My expectations for next draws will be like this : (I hope so)
1st draw - June 3800 406
2nd draw - June 3700 400
3rd draw - June 3700 395 so i think we are going to see this for the first time, the CRS score below 400 in late June or early July 2017

I am afraid because of 2 more criteria added! siblings in Canada and French language can have impact on the score I presume!

You can get points for brother/sister not for cousin, your paying to much to that consultant

The score will most likely be 420+ at a minimum due to the new changes. With siblings as a new factor, existing profiles with high scores may have went up higher resulting in a larger number of persons with a higher CRS score. This will very well likely increase the cut off score to 430+ or higher, but it is highly unlikely that the score will decrease. The new changes and increase of CRS scores in existing profiles have to level out again. I'll say this..If you know you have a score of about 420+ with a Noi. Wait until you see what the cut off is first. If you are not in the cut-off apply for Noi and take the risk of paying to earn 600+ points.

With every ' no draw ' day CRS cutt off is getting bigger.I think it will be 430+ today and if it's only on 21st..I see it around 440.

There's no evidence that CRS will rise that much but even if it does it'll go down in the very next draw and continue falling.

The CIC can just stop doing draws, and wait for it to come up to the level that they want
