Hello! Just got an email from Sao Paulo immigration office that seems to be the PPR. However, the email has no name, no process number, nothing. Additionally, I'm residing in Canada (moved here after eAPR). Can I submit my passports to Ottawa? And should I send 2 pictures as well?

PPR!!!! At long last the journey that began in Feb 2016 with an OINP PT NOI is coming to an end :-)

Congrats on PPR... You need to contact CIC and explain your situation so that they can change your VO to Ottawa.

I don't think you can directly send to Ottawa if it's not your primary office mentioned in the request letter.

Use web form to change your address. You are supposed to inform IRCC when you change you change your contact information. This update usually takes around 5 working days. I have seen many in the forum getting a new passport request letter

Congrats buddy. Good to see your PPR. Best of luck for your future.

Is there anyone here with PNP Inland status and has Background check in progress ?

Congrats!!!
@andy108 and other seniors could you please shed some light on my case. BTW, I am silent follower of this forum.

AOR 8Jan 2017, CEC inland, 3 family members, Medical passed on 8 March, and same day, background went from NA to "We are processing your back ground check" after that no update whatsoever,
Received my GCMS notes in last week of May, which says,
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed

In last pages of GCMS notes, there are notes One note on 8th March 2017 reads "Existing UCI; Search of client yielded possible concern; please review. In other note on same day, it reads under Label: Adm/Criminality - Police certificate R10 OK, Under label EE Eligibility: Recommended Pass.

Then on 9th March 2017, there is one note "Integrated search (FOSS / GCMS): No adverse information;

Note on 14 March 2017: Label EE Eligibility: *****A11.2 ASSESSMENT/R87.1 ELIGIBILITY*******
I am satisfied the applicant meets the requirements of A11.2/R87.1 A11.2 Met Selection EE Passed*****ADMISSIBILITY*******

Criminality: PA: NRT-ALL required PCS (Pakistan & RCMP)

I am in 6th month, and 180 days will be completed on 8th July, but so far no movement in my file. I sent email to CPC Ottawa, and they say my file is with them, and they cannot comment when it will be finalized. From the status above, what would you recommend? Where am I, and when can I expect PPR?

Thanks for reading this long passage, and your kind reply.

Just got the response from them:
"
If you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit your passport(s) to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa (“CPC-O”)
"
all good! Thanks for all the support. I wish good luck to all of you!
