hello everyone,
i am permanent resident in canada i am pr card holder too, me and my husband had a problem on our marriage. I been in philippines for more than a year now, he told me he told the government or costums that he needs to cancel my visa, and he reported me so they can block me to canada, he files a case i think like marriage fraud not really sure if all of this are true. Is someone here know if it is possible? will they stop me to the border if ever i comeback to canada? can he cancel my visa?

No - they won't stop you from coming back.

Don't listen to your husband. Just make sure you live in Canada for two out of every five years to keep your PR status. This means you shouldn't be outside of Canada for more than three years.

The only implication is if your status has condition on marriage (i.e. spousal sponsorship) you could lose your status for a divorce. Otherwise, you shouldn't have problem

That condition (Condition 51) no longer exists. The Liberals have done away with it.

Oh ok, they did it retroactively

HI THERE, I HAVE AN INTERVIEW SCHEDULED FOR THE 20TH OF JUNE WHICH IS NEXT TUESDAY. IN THE LETTER THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE ALONG MY SPONSOR BUT I AM NOT SPONSORED. THE SECOND THING THAT IS WORRYING ME IS THAT I LEARNED OF LATE THAT I HAVE A KID WHO WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE FROM THE BEGINNING BUT NOW TURNED OVER TO ME AS THE RIGHTFUL FATHER. THIS CHILD IS NOT ON ANY OF MY DOCUMENTS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY IF I AM ASKED ON TUESDAY.
DOES ANYONE HAS AN IDEA?

thank you for the responce, we are not divorce yet only verbal no legal separations yet
