Dear sir/Madam,
Myself and my family holding Canadian PR since Jan 2014.
Because of recession in Oil and gas industries I came back to my home country in June 2014 itself.
Now I want to know that my PR is up to Jan 2019 and I am looking to come back in Canada, how I can renew hole family PR for next 5 years term.

You must live in Canada for at least 2 out of the last 5 years to renew your PR card. You should return to Canada immediately if you want to keep your PR status.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand your question.

If you are staying that you already don't meet the residency requirement, then that makes your situation more complicated. This means that once your family returns to Canada, you will need to live here for two years straight (without leaving) before you will be able to renew your PR cards. If you wait too long, there is also a chance you may be reported at the border for failing to meet the residency requirement. You will then have to appear at a hearing to argue why you should be allowed to keep your PR status.

If you want to have the highest chance of being able to keep your PR status, you and your family should return to Canada as soon as you can.

What are the specific days you landed in Canada as a PR, and then left Canada?
