Where is their country of citizenship?

I wouldn't worry about being transferred to LAVO until you have to. If they haven't given you a reason as to why. It might just be because they're backed up in Ottawa.

I guess they'll request again while reviewing.
We had missed something while uploading in webform. They specified that part, and ask us to re-upload in GCKey login.

Hi guys,

Today, I received an email requesting to submit my wife's Police Clearance certificate to Immigration Section, New Delhi within 30 days. But the email does not mention any thing about by what mode it should be sent.

My question is if it by mail, then what is the Immigration Section, New Delhi mailing address, I should be using ? Has anyone you or your friends been through this situation and If so what did you guys do ?

Note: We have already submitted my wife's Police Clearance certificate to Immigration Section through the 'IRCC Webform - New Delhi' on April 28, 2017.

Kindly help me. Thank you.

I think we got decision made. Both our ECAS accounts show it. No E-Mail or anything yet though. Lets hope this is a good day.

I would wait to check on that. not trying to burst your bubble or take away from this, but a ton of people were getting requests and DM's as a technical glitch.
Just might want to look into it.

Ecas is not affected so yours should be fine, only online account is messed up

Not me. Still waiting for Background check to be started.Received AOR2 on 5th June asked me to submit PCC and landing fee bUT confused whether they want original PCC and they didn't even mention where to send. Has anyone gone through this issue?
