Hi guys, Is there anybody did IRCC web form? I did it on May 18th, I only received an automated email and showing the turnaround time for a response is 10 business days. But I didn't receive any response. Is that normal?

It happened with my friend too. He submitted the PCC but have not received response from CIC. I would like to say if you don't receive response within 10-12 business days,called them and ask whether they get it or not ? Because if you don't receive an e-mail from them they will ask you to submit same document again.

I can't believe it. I am Jan 11th applicant. I got passport request One hour ago. Just now checked my email. I got email from CPCO-FinalRequest / CTDO-DemandeFinale (CIC) <IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca>.

Its not in spam. Its in my Inbox. On my CIC account, it is still saying that my background check is in progress.
