through mail kami...I think wala ng problem kasi s cic account mo nmn inupload yung doc niyo kasi dun din lng ngupdate. May I ask if my sinend sainyo ang cic n form nung ngpamedical kayo n ibibigay s panel physician?

yun pong 1 document of 3 of the following set of option
* Joint Ownership of Residential Property -- wala po kaming ganito
* Proof of Joint Utilities -- wala din po
* important documents showing same address --- wala din po
Since we got married just last March (but have been together even before nagpunta po si hubby sa Canada) wala po kaming maprovide na document from the 3 above surely. For the next 3 items pede po pahingi ng advise kung ano po yung best na maprovide.
* Important document showing each other as spouse -- Marriage Cert po ba pede na dito?
* Documentary evidence of financial support -- Meron po kaming mga money remittances, need po ba na nasa married name ko na yung name or pede kahit maiden name ang gamit ko ?
* Other proof that your relationship is recognized by your family and friends -- social media po namin ay public na married, screen shot po ba nito ok na? or mas may better na option, like notarized testimony of family member?

Wala sis message eh ,2 times n ko tumatawag s CiC regarding s medical request ni hubby s Mycic sb ng agent wait daw ako ng 5 days.pero ung pcc upfront din pro d n hininge ulit. In process n back ground check.
* Important document showing each other as spouse -- Marriage Cert po ba pede na dito? Yes importante ang marriage cert po. Pede po ung sa work nia or insurance showing you as the beneficiary.
* Documentary evidence of financial support -- Meron po kaming mga money remittances, need po ba na nasa married name ko na yung name or pede kahit maiden name ang gamit ko ? Yes po pede po isend ung copy ng receipt ng remittances showing ung name nio po. Or a separate document wrote outlining that you both work full time and do not support each other financially if wala pong remittances receipt.
At yes pwede kahit Maiden Name pa rin gamit niyo.

Letters from friends and family that described their perspective on your relationship po. You can also include chat logs. And pictures of the both of you with your family.
