IRCC had a major breakdown in their system after the update this morning. They are working on fixing the issue so many people might not be able to get into their online account right now.

New updates were seen in online accounts where majority of them were not sent by IRCC. I spoke to 2 agents this morning to confirm this because i saw a request for medical in my account. They did not send me any request.

Once the error is fixed i would suggest you get back into your account and if you still think there is a mistake, you should call IRCC to confirm that they didnt request anything from you and that your account is back to normal.

For some people it might be right and for others it might be wrong. Depends on your timeline. Do not rely on your account or automated machines at this time since both are linked and could have wrong information at this point . Speak with an actual agent regarding your account.

I just phoned CiC and agent said they sent Medical request and Additional documents ScheduleA (which we already submitted and the agent yesterday said they already received it.) We have to wait 5 days to received the email and exact information. Is that usual?

Im not sure. Are you inland or outland?

Could be different agent with different info. This happens sometimes with other people. You should call them again. When did you call?

Okay i would call again just to make sure and mention to them that they told you two different answers
 
that's why MyCiC was different today. I noticed they had the applicant and application number at the top in a box and an added field biometrics I think it was.

Said biometrics(fingerprints) not needed at this time.

Yes it has changed a bit. They are still working on fixing the issues that happened after the update. But there are still some new features they added like those you mentioned.

Note: Outland applicants cannot use the call center number (888 242 2100). The call center number is only for Inland applicants. Outland applicants have to check online.

correction: outland can access the call center, the number is for people in canada only. just saying because my husband and i outland app and in canada so just a small note :)

Yup i know but didnt know you were outland. This is kind of annoying on the outland part especially for this big glitch that happened

Yup well you can call if you applied outland but living in Canada
