Good day peeps, am new here. I just got my MR and also request for proof of funds. I need advise on how to go about it.
Depending on how you kept your proof of fund per the application guidelines, send the evidence as requested. If you kept your funds in a bank account then send the account statement showing you maintained the funds since application. If you submitted fixed deposit or treasury bills then submit the certificate showing you have the funds accordingly. The POF request letter you just received is explicit enough, respond to the Visa Office quickly.

Our Visas and COPRs arrived on friday, 26th of May. I thank everyone especially Pipi's Husband and the rest. The journey started August 10,2014 when our FSWP 2014 application was received by CIC. Those who are still expecting theirs, please don't lose hope. Though it might tarry it will definitely come. I wish you all the best. Thanks
Congratulations! I receive grace and favor for myself and the rest of us waiting..

Hello peeps,

I have a 3 bedroom beautiful duplex townhouse for rent in the well-established and desirable southwest community of Canyon Meadows, you’ll find this quiet condo complex of Canyon Glen Townhouses close to transit, schools, city recreational facility, restaurants, corner stores, pharmacies, fitness facilities, and much more. Through the front gate of your fenced patio area, you’ll find the front door of this 2 story home. The main floor boasts a spacious floorplan, including a large living room, dining area, large kitchen, and half bathroom. The upper floor features three large bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom. The undeveloped basement has an open plan and is ready for your imagination! Within Canyon Glen Townhouses there are on-site facilities that include tennis courts, a heated outdoor swimming pool, and a recreational building for exclusive use of residents. This unit includes an assigned stall directly east of the unit; visitor parking is straight west of unit

We currently have a lease that will expire September ending 2017 and we have to move out of there end of July so i'm looking for someone to take over the rent for the 2 months (August and September).Monthly rent is $1,395 excluding utilities. Please note that you are not obliged to continue the lease at the beginning of October if you don't want to.

Please contact me at adeola@123freight.ca or on +14038509168

Thank you

Hello. Im sorry to say I have been a silent follower of this thread since 2015 and I am just registering now.
I am a Dec 29 2014 applicant. Just got pick up mail May 31 2017.
I have a very troubling question. My family booked Montreal via KLM for landing then onward progression to St John's, NFLD. Can we be allowed to touch down there, spend a night or two and then do proper landing formalities in St Johns? There are no direct flights to that city and we picked Montreal because it was cheaper and closer to St Johns for connecting flights than Toronto or Calgary. Please we need urgent answers to avoid unnecessary and very expensive ticket changes.
Pipis Husband and other landed seniors, please help me out.

Hi, your PM to me was not as clear as this :)

You can land in Montreal and proceed to St. Johns same day but I'm not sure you can stay overnight. It would be best to confirm from your airline concerning your situation, the client care unit should be able to address this issue. The unique situation of Quebec and the rest of Canada is another planet all together ;) You can also ask in the Quebec thread, http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/forums/quebec-immigration.55/
