Urgent help

I have a question in regard to my case i want to make my profile for express entry i have some doubts about my case. I have done my masters from Windsor university in Canada and have good IELTS score and my express entry points score is 416 without any work experience in India or Canada and my current country of residence is Canada and my work permit is expiring in June 2018.

Under what category i can file my case as i don't have any work experience ?

You need a minimum of one year of full time paid work experience to apply under FSW / Express Entry. You need a minimum of one year full time paid work experience in Canada to apply under CEC. So there's no point creating a profile until you have at least one year of work experience.

There is no category under Express Entry for anyone with less than one year of skilled work experience.

Under the non-express PNP category, there IS an option in the Ontario PNP for Master's graduates to apply, however, there are limited spaces for this program; this year, it has opened and closed twice; the 2nd time, it it opened and filled up on the same day (May 1). It might open again, but you have to check every day and be ready to respond immediately. If you wait until next year, possibly you will have the one year experience by then and can apply through express entry.
