Well buddy you be surprised how much waiting you will have to do to complete the whole process, so if you want to have kids you rather not wait for the 9 months either ...

Received my AOR finally from ndvo today.. Lets see how long it takes from this point forward.

No, they asked me to call be with details like canada post tracking number (which I don`t have, checked with Canada Post they said they cant help as well) will inform them and request their advice ... I do have the sponsorship application payment receipt.
Will post updates once i resolve.

I found the tracking number and gave it to CIC, only to find that the application was returned back (in my Notice of Assessment Line 150 was missing, I had to activate my CRA such that I can access my full notice of assessment).
Have sent it back again June 1.

Hi - I have a few questions on filling out the Schedule A form.

For an Indian education system, what would be the number of years of education and Field of Study (for the primary/secondary schools) would be for

1. Elementary/Primary School
2. Secondary/High School
3. University/College
4. Trade/Other Post Secondary

My wife has a part-time MBA and a full time 4 year bachelor degree.

If you read the form it says "Completed" not partial or ongoing, i think somewhere there is mentioned the education "completed" so that is the key. If mba is not completed you could possibly skip, but no need to you can put business administration (even if part time it must be completed by now right ?) nothing ongoing they need to know probably.

I have been waiting for the request for Schedule A and PCC for 15 business days and counting. They said the requets would be sent within 5 Business days, but I have received nothing so far. I uploaded via web form as well as submitted a technical issue report and mailed both documents and they arrived last Wednesday, but the application status remains unchanged. I do not know what to do now.

You've done pretty much everything you could have. I would suggest waiting until the end of this week before giving them a call. They are unfortunately very slow even to attach the forms to your application. I am in the same situation as you. I'll be waiting till Thursday before inquiring.

Hey all, April 28th applicant here. I finally got through to CIC to ask why I hadn't heard anything about our AOR1 yet. The agent said there's a note on our file that our package was incomplete (missing identification documents- impossible but anyway) and was sent back to me yesterday. My question is: has anyone had a package sent back and do they know approx how long it took to arrive from CIC to you? The agent told me they send it via regular mail and.. I just moved yesterday so my address is still on file as the old one. I don't want to miss getting it!

It takes 2 weeks.

hey look at the correspondence sheet in the april sheet in my signature it shows what needs to be done for sch a and pcc, first you need to submit technical report about you not seeing request if 5 days have passed.
