I was in UAE in 2010 to 2012. My husband work and I am house wife. He got Police clearance for Canada immigration but I had no ID card from UAE but have health card and passport stamped with visa. How I get Police clearance without ID card. Please please someone give me suggestion . We left UAE in 2012.

I need UAE police clearance for completing my eAPR. I researched the entire procedure on the CIC website. I know that I can authorize my friend with the necessary filled documents to collect the certificate on my behalf. But i want clarity on the below issue -
I was living in Abu Dhabi for 2 years during 2012 - 2014. The friend of mine whom i will authorize for collection of the UAE police clearance resides in Dubai. I wanted to know that can he present all my docs to Dubai police or he needs to specifically visit Abu Dhabi police for my police clearance.
Please advise.

Mine is specific for Dubai - it literally took me 5 mins to apply online and they sent me a text that soon as It is approved I will receive it by email.

It's true, my police clearance said, Government of Dubai, General Department of Criminal Investigation, Dubai Police.
I applied in person at Al Rashidiya, they can do Police clearance in English.
Maybe your friend can call these numbers 04 6096841/04 6096412 to check.

I live in the US right now and I want to get a Dubai police clearance certificate. I have an expired UAE ID card with me. Do I need to still do the fingerprint? Thank you.
