Feeling very overwhelmed... Don't know how to control my excitement...

This morning, I have received the golden email requesting me to send my passport to NDVO through VFS. Now am wondering if each photograph should be labelled at the back with full name, DOB of each of my family member. Do we need to provide the photographer's full details such as address, telephone number etc ... ?

Is there any group you would recommend to check on COPR ?

e-APR submitted : 26th Jan 2017
Medical passed : 22nd Febr 2017
7th March 2017 Background check Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check.
9th April 2017 Background check Not applicable
30th May 2017 Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
31st May 2017 request for passport and photograph

Need help
They asked to submit annexure a with passport.
Do I copy paste annexure from mail and print as it's not in PDF .

Also strange for me as next step after addi doc request is ppr
No status changed ever since medical passed it's same .
Still says background check in process
