@ Bryanna is there any other option to follow up on our application status. My dad's application has been under process for a month and half now.

I have sent multiple inquiries yet no reply from Visa office Delhi.

I have sent multiple inquiries yet no reply from Visa office Delhi.

No, there's no other way except for the Web form (CSE) or an email to the relevant visa office.

As your dad has applied online, there's no way of knowing which visa office is processing the application.

I suggest you do not send any more CSEs or emails. It could take anywhere between 10-30 days to get a response.

BTW has your dad worked/working in the defense services or police?

No my dad has not worked for defense or police services. The application is currently in Delhi office.

1. My dayghter is 1yr six months and my son is 8years. Son goes to school.
2. Yes my mother-in-law stays with us and is dependent on us
3. My husband owns agricultural land which is still running on his granparents name.
We own car but it's not on loan. Never took loan for anything and yes he files J form.

Was thinking to re apply for myself and my daughter as husband can't go on due to some urgent works of being sarpanch.

Hi,

It's a good idea to reapply only for yourself and your daughter. However, do not rush to reapply as that could be interpreted as being desperate to visit.

1. Do post the list of documents which you intend to submit

2. Do you have an office? Is it rented?

3. Do you have any employees?

4. Who will manage your business when you're away?

5. Do you have regular clients? How are you paid?

6. Do you own a property?

7. Do you take care of your mom-in-law for any health reasons?

Regarding documents I don't have many as i have a boutique which i have been operating online. So thats the reason I don't have any office.
2. I don't have employees as i get them stiched from where i regularly get mine done.
3 it's online so i can operate it from anywhere.
4. Yes i have some regular clients they do money transfer into my account.
5. I dont own any property but yes my husband does.
6.yes my husband take full responsibility for my mother-in-law for everything.
We just want to visit our family as it's been a long time they want us to go there and see their world. Hope under your guidelines i will be able to do this someday

I just want to know when my application was refuses due to travel history and purpose of travel yesterday then how come my application final decision is still under review? Is this something like they didn't consider my additional documents during the processing? Now they put my application under review due to additional documents provided with the application?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, 'Review of eligibility' is a new status that has been added since yesterday.

I suggest you wait for another 24-48 hours for the 'Final decision' status update before you email the visa office to clarify. I think your visa office is Chandigarh.

I do remember your case. You had a TRV refusal earlier under CAN+ if I'm not mistaken. Did you apply this time also under CAN+?

Yes. I had a trv refusal earlier. And this time i also applied under can+. I dunno why they give inappropriate reasons under can+. Purpose of visit and travel history.

I suggest you wait for 1-2 days until the 'Final decision' update changes to Refused.

It's easier to advise if you post the list of documents you submitted + purpose of visit + length of intended visit + your travel history details
