How much time do they take to issue visa once all the requirements is done ? Plus I am pregnant and won't be able to fly after July ? Please guide what should I do ? So much blank

Which visa or permit have you applied for and when did you apply ? Spouse PR ?

Depending on you vo it could take a while. Some take 3 months others take 9,10,11 months

I have applied in April 2017 for spouse immigration.

Did you already do the medical exam?? If not, it's not recommended to do x-ray portion while pregnant. So in this case your PR app will be delayed until after you give birth, and then complete x-ray part of medical.

If your child will not be a Canadian citizen upon birth (depends upon status of your sponsor), they will also need to be added to the application.

I want to give birth in Canada. Any other way to seed up the process. Plus please guide regarding the health card.

What province would you be moving to?

As mentioned, you won't get PR status until you do your medical exam which you can't do while you're pregnant. So there is effectively zero chance your PR would be approved before your baby is born.

Medical I'd done, all the other requirements are done too.
Ontario is the destination.

IRCC does not expedite apps because of personal life choices like pregnancy.

Ontario has a 3 month waiting period for healthcare after landing as a PR. If you are at least a few months along in the pregnancy and you've only just submitted your PR app in April, there is pretty much no chance you will have health coverage before the birth. You would be required to pay all costs yourself.

As mentioned, pretty much no chance you will have OHIP for delivery.

You should budget at least $10,000 for pregnancy related checkups and the delivery. In case of something like a c-section being required or any complications arise requiring an extended hospital stay, that amount can easily double or triple or more.
