Is the subject of the email - "READY FOR VISA " then it is the PPR email. It will have the details of what all to send for passport stamping.

Guys I think I just got the Golden Email?!

I'm 10 Feb FSW Inland (but I moved back home to the UK temporarily and sent a CSE to inform them of my new address upon arrival a month ago).

My online profile hasn't changed at all as it still says "We are processing..." (IP1), as far as I'm aware it did not change to N/A and IP2 and I check nearly every day! Maybe I missed it but it would have had to have happened fast! There's no other changes!

This is the email I just received... Is this the one???! :)

Hi guys here is my time line:

FSW- inland
AOR 3rd Feb 2017
Meds passed 9th March 2017
Background: NN to NS 9th March 2017
Background: NS to NN 11th March 2017
Background: NN to IP2 19th May 2017

Since I have not received my PPR yet I called CIC yesterday. The agent to me that my security and eligibility were passed on 19th May 2017. My application was approved on 19th May 2017 and the next step would be to receive my PPR. I asked why I haven't already received my PPR since other applicants with PPR on 19th May received their it within just a few days. She told me I could be waiting until 3rd Aug 2017 because they can send PPR at any time within 6 months of AOR. I'm am truly frustrated and I have no patience! Why did they choose to delay just my PPR! There is no explanation! No justification! Totally scandalous cic!

Rant over.

Hello, I also got my Ready for Visa email today. My AOR was Feb 10, 2017. I am an Indian citizen currently working in the US.

I wanted to ask how much time does it take to get the stamped passport back from Canada? I have a trip planned from July 15 to Aug 15 and am currently in the process of getting visas for this trip. I don't want to jeopardize my trip in case my passport does not come back in time from Canada.

Any advice?

Congratulations ! It should take around 3 weeks for sure. FSW in US might pitch in for more accurate details.
Can you please share your timeline too like when did you pass medicals & BGS changes in your case. Thanks

I almost ran mad when I saw Review Required. I posted it here, but did not get much help. So do no panic. Expect IP2 after the due date on the first or second page of the GCMS note. Mine was added on April 24. It depends on your situation anyway. But mine changed to IP2 a day after the assigned due date (one month).

yes it does say "Ready for Visa" in the subject! Thanks! I'm so happy!!!

I edited most of the email out so not to take up forum space with a huge copy and paste. But it's basically asking me a for a photocopy of my passport and 2 pictures.

I am back in the UK and this email is asking me to send to Ottawa, and for me to provide a Canada address. I can provide my girlfriend's address in Canada which is the same as what's on my profile anyway as that's where I was living when I submitted. But I did submit a CSE on 20th April to inform them of my UK address / change of residency so I guess they didn't get round to updating this.

Any thoughts on what to do? I'll call them tomorrow if I can get through.
