Still no medical request

we got a third line from Ottawa VO on may 24 and still no medical request.....is this normal?!

We are worried about this

Not sure where Nina53 is from but alot of countries the medical is requested at the CPC Mississauga stage, not the VO stage, like US applicants.

Jeff, have you tried asking in the Outland US Applicant Thread? Maybe more would have direct insight there?

I have! I tried the march thread too. I started this thread hoping it would get more traffic. Is it normal for US applicants not to get the med request until being transferred to VO?

i was also waiting for the med and was worried as it was taking too long .. so i sent a case specific enquiry to the VO nd they told me my file is waiting for an interview .. thats y they did not ask for medical yet ..

We are a Canada/US couple. I don't think that is the reason for us. From what I'm reading this is normal for Ottawa VO for American applicants

I said anyone else because I would like to know other people's experiences with this, can never have to much input!

In my case, I got a medical request around 5 weeks (just a little over a month) after getting AOR2 (transferred to VO). So it is perfectly normal I think.

What's your timeline?

We got the AOR1 on 5/11 and SA on 5/12. Haven't received the request (although ECAS says that they've sent correspondence) for Schedule A or PCC yet. Also haven't received the medical request yet. We are both currently living in the US
