IETLS score required in each module for Express Entry / PR

Can someone help me with the latest cut off / minimum score needed in each module of IETLS general to apply for PR.

I am having 10+ year of IT exp.

I am having 10+ year of IT exp.

You need Minimum 6 in each module that is equivalent to CLB 7 in each module. But remember low scores in IELTS each module may make you ineligible on Six Factors eligibility test. See it below
