When I try calling 1-888-242-2100, it goes all the way through the automated call, and then says "Due to high call volume ... unable to transfer call " and they just hang up.
Is there any other number to contact them?

Thanks
I called 18 times.. you have to just keep calling

Alright. Looking for some insight peeps. Sent off our Outland application from Australia via courier on May 17th. Courier says it was delivered on Saturday May 20th. It is now the 25th and I have not received any email or indication that my application has been received. Realize its still early and required to go through some processing, but thought I might get an email receipt by now. I tried going through their search facility online but it comes up with nothing. How long does it take typically between them receiving it and sending a receipt. I tried the 1-888 number above but it does not work from here. Is there an international number to call from out of country?
Also, we decided to go the Outland route even though we are moving back imminently. We fly out for Canada on June 12th. I don't anticipate any issues with that but want to notify immigration of our change of location once we have moved. But of course need them to acknowledge receipt of our application first so our file gets set up before I can do that.

Thanks

You wont get anytging for 15-30 business days. Patience is going to be needed in this process. Dont check frantically and often. Have faith. Give it time. People who sent their apps in april are just now getting word that it was received

After a long spell of no correspondence, we finally received notice that my Schedule A was received through webform and that our file has been transferred to Ottawa. Is this considered AOR2?
Could you please let me know what is your timeline?

I am in the same situation: I got SA on February 24 and I have not heard anything since. I am still waiting for file transfert to VO and AOR2. Schedule A and police report were submitted through webform on March 27.

Thanks

OK but what should we expect. As I didn't register for the text, will we get an email? Or will it be a paper reply? When people are saying it was received, are they indicating they couriered it and someone signed for it? My courier tracking says it was delivered, but have no idea if the CIC accepted it.

September 12
We also submitted upfront medical and it will expired on September. My husband is an April applicant and received AOR May 17,received ScheduleA request and we uploaded via webform and mailed as well thru Express post. Still waiting for SA and it will be soon.

How long did it take after you received the notice ?
We received AOR1 on 3/8 and sponsorship approval on 3/14. We hadn't heard anything from them since then, but finally got the email that our file was transferred to Ottawa on 5/19.

Aor 2 is actually a letter stating your app has been received by vo OR a line in ecas that states they started processing your app on dd/mm/yyyy. File transfer is NOT aor2. Mine was transferred on april 8 and aor2 was received on may 10
Thank you for the info! So we should expect another month until AOR2 then.. Darn.

You will get notifications via email. Be sure to check junk mail just in case as well.

I submitted my Schedule A and PCC on April 6th.. So not too far apart. Hopefully you get your file transferred soon! Kind of weird that my CIC has no update or activity like everyone else seems to be getting.. The whole process is all screwy right now.

It's New Delhi visa office. They said my application concerns an interview and I have to bring my passport and other documents with me as well. Hope you will get to hear from VO in first week of June.

Anyone in grp who used plastic sleeves to arrange forms and rcvd aor, quick reply will be appreciated, just worried as read those should be avoided
