do we get the PPR to sponsor email or the applicant email? We got decsion made on 16th this month but have not got PPR yet.

Can anyone clarify the question I have ... I am Nov 30th, 2016 applicant
When I am looking at the GC KEY, the status is showing as below:

Application status We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents Not applicable.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check.
Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

For the 'Review of additional documents': It says 'Not applicable'. I do not remember if this N/A is updated recently or it is there from the beginning .... Can anyone plz let me know if this N/A is usually there from the beginning or it has changed recently.
