Gift deed is a kind of evidence not a required evidence. Provide them with both bank statements and explain it in LOE. The better option is to make an affivadit and take Sign from your father. Then get this document notarised or verified whichever is applicable in your country.

Thanks BillHyatt, for your continued support and your valuable information.

Appreciate if you can give a format of Gift deed that need to be presented to the visa officer.

or if possible please outline the key words that should be available in that.

Many Thanks,

Many Thanks,

There is no specific format. Every country has it own format and can be obtained from public notary or any equivalent body.

It just includes details of donor or donee and the amount of gift, relation, and declaration that money will not be taken back.

I hope this will help.

I couldnt get a gift deed either. Get a letter written and signed by your father declaring the money to be a gift and he does not expect you to return it (google samples). Attach receipts, bank statements, whatever other evidence you have of the transfer. I did the same and it was accepted by oinp. However, if you can get it notarized, that would be much better
