Because applying for provincial nomination is a tedious task requires you to spend 1500CAD, after successful assessment you will get 600 points awarded, which ensures you'll get ITA for sure in next draw.

Without undergoing all the above steps I'm hoping for an ITA with my current score of 410.

Ontario is sending NOI to people who created their profile after may 5th. If you are looking for a NOI i suggest you to recreate your profile ASAP. You will most probably receive NOI next week.

I have applied through a consultancy, will they recreate my profile? How actually is the profile re-created?

If you are ensure about the process, please ask them to recreate asap

Have you paid them any fee to take care of your profile? It's their duty to do what clients say.
