the canadian embassy will call you or send an sms to your cell phone and will give you the airway bill #. Once they call you or you receive an sms ... next day, aramex will deliver to you the passport

I would suggest you to use email address for case specfic enquiry and must wrtie your "File Number" and "Initials of your assigned Immigration Offficer" in Subject of your email.
For example Subject: B123456789 - XYZ
In this way the person assigned to recieve emails can forward your email quickly to your assigned Imm Officer and as per my personal experience I always received replies of my enquiries within 1 or 2 working days. May be my Imm Officer was good.

What will happen if I changed my country of residence after submitting my medicals? Can I send my passports from another country other than the country I applied from initially? Will this move delay the process?

Did you think the events in Egypts well delay the PPR as the security background need feedback from Egyptian Authorities?. im here living in UAE same like you. also did u have any egyptians who get the PPR nowadays???
