Just one final question, if i receive ITA in future and i apply for the PR, do i have put the letter that was sent by the CPC Nova Scotia with the application when my documents were returned? I don't see any harm in giving this piece of info in the LoE.
But to be on safer side..consult an immigration lawyer once you get ITA.

Thanks for the comments. Its not optimism its a clear truth. Guys previous score was 423 and the one before that was 415. Looking at these 2 scores one can easily say it will touch 390 or even below very soon. The only reason it will take a little time is due to additional points many profiles willget on 6th june. But majority of profiles will stay at same score. So anyone at 390-400 at the moment who have siblings in canada with a pr. Will go to 405-415 range. The increase in points is not much but very helpful for those on the edges like 390-410 scores. Once these guys will get ita and the number of invitations they send every draw these days, we can easily say draws will see 380 range soon. Maximum 3 months. Thats maximum 3 months. Hopefully sooner. My current crs is 405.

If it happens today (May 17) - CRS 419 with 3814 ITA's.
If it happens tomorrow (May 18) - CRS 421 with 3805 ITA's.
If it happens on Friday (May 19) - CRS 423 with 3786 ITA's.

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

Did you take into account that, out of approximately 7K candidates between 400-450, most of them have already been flushed out in the last draw until 423? this leaves approximately 5.7K candidates between 400-450. Keeping the factor of 1K newcomers in this segment, that leaves around 7K candidates in this segment. With a draw of 3.6K let's say, the score should drop to 413 right away.

just now I have updated my IELTS result when I found out my agent has not done it even when I told him to on saturday! I am so worried now will I able to receive ITA if the draw happens today and cut off is below 416?

Ditch the agent. Nobody will care about your application like you do.

Frankly I didn't like the new look either but now I can see that it is more practical and easy to use.
