Steller so there is no sponsor involved ? If there is a sponsor involved the number will be 2 not 1.

CIC has received my package on April 19th, still no AOR yet, any1 still hasnt get AOR around this date?? getting more anxious now

Similar question in application form I answered as ONE (Number of family members, including the primary applicant, that are part of this application: ) do I have to write 2 when linking. Please clarify.. Should it be 1 or 2 as I am the only applicant. Thanks

When linking your application, you should insert 2, the applicant and the sponsor.

Don't be discouraged! I had sent my Application in Feb 2017 and it was returned to me unprocessed because my husband's PR photo didn't meet the requirements (India and their unprofessional photographers), After receiving the proper PR photos; our representative informed us that one of the forms was updated in March; so we had to fill out and sign new forms. We were finally able to send it in April and we got a application number in May.

In regards to the birth certificate, my husband couldn't find his original birth certificate so he had to get a new one in the city he was born in (Chandigarh), I would highly suggest for your spouse to go to the city he/she was born to get a new one or if travel is not possible; to contact the birth certificate centre to obtain a new one! Also make sure your forms are all updated before you send your application again! The 1-2 week delay is better than a whole month wasted and getting back a returned unprocessed application!

Hey could you let me know if you sent original birth certificate or a photo copy? Because on the checklist it says please send photocopies but then when it comes to birth certificate it just says birth certificate but for others it says "copies..."

Hi! Do they really send a text msg to all applicants once they received your docs at ircc mailroom? Just wondering coz we sent our application on april 21, 2017 but we haven't got any text msg from them saying that they have received our package. We tried tracking our sent doc and it says that it has been delivered on april 24, 2017. Just wondering if this case sometimes happens when they received your docs but don't send text msg that they already got it. . No aor yet.

Finally got an email from IRCC that my file is located outside Canada visa office. Submitted my schedule A on april 9 through IRCC webform. Called today in morning and agent said schedule A not received yet and to call next week and by afternoon today got email that file is located outside canada. Weird. Nothing from NDVO yet.

HI every one can you please tell me what is CPC mississauga's customer help Number because i received a message from them that my application is received in there mail room on 12 April but after that still no reply. i am trying to contact them by phone but no body is taking my call. i am trying on these numbers 613 944 4000, and also tried on 8882422100 but my call ends with no reply. can you please tell me that how can i contact a customer service agent easily.

Where are you dialing from, maybe they know its not from within canada and drops calls, make sure your dialing at working hours of cic offices as well.

application sent on April 17th and received by IRCC on April 19th, i called IRCC this morning and the agent told me they are still dealing with the April 4th applications. so still wait for AOR.........

Did you also received the medical request. we did received the schedule A request today and police clearance was submitted upfront. Are we supposed to get medical before schedule A or after. If you can please provide some information
