I guess your situation is close to mine. My AOR is 16 Oct and I have applied from an EU country under Pakistani passport.. No update so far :(

Someone applied with me and our files were transferred same day to London. He got his ppr in 25 days. And he is doing a job in canada from last 3 months.
And my file has not been yet opened by LVO.

I know a lot of them. 6 month was something very rare. ppl got pprs from LVO within 3 to 4 months. 6 month was a very unlucky case.
But from past 3.5 months, things are totally messed.
Now there is no trend. Some day LVO processes January 17 AOR application someday October 16. Especially PNP Express Entry applications are put on longer hold. seems there is no check and balance and no authority can ask LVO what and how they are doing things.

hi, what is ur stream? PNP or FSW? Plus you are Express entry or paper based? ur AOR is 13 October 2016?

Hello,
It's good idea but it won't be entertained coz we are not PR of Canada. Also the most common reply is that.. officer is working on your file and will make decision once all the checks will complete....

I even don't know if my VO is London or the file is still in Ottawa for processing..
I've raised CSE let's see what will be the reply... waiting

when did you send CSE? u can ask them about ur visa office.
 
New Dehli VO has started sending PPRs to Feb17 AORs............
And LVO is not even issuing PPRs to October, Nov aors.
