Hello Guys,
I retook my exam to improve my CRS score. My previous score was 390. Below are my detailed band level scores for both the attempts

1st Attempt :
Overall - 7.5, Listening - 7.5, Reading - 8.0, Writing - 7.0, Speaking - 7.5 , CRS calculator score - 417, final score after filling the EE profile - 390

2nd Attempt :
Overall - 7.5, Listening - 8.5, Reading - 7.0, Writing - 7.5, Speaking - 7.0 , CRS calculator score - 475, final score after updating my EE profile still shows - 390

I was expecting my score to be in the range of 420 - 430 with my new scores. Do I need to retake the exam again to improve my scoring in the reading band?

I am 27, single, have a master's degree from U.S.A and have around 3 years of work exp.

Please let me know your thoughts/suggestions

That's weird! You need band 8.0 in listening and minimum of three 7's in the rest in order to increase your CRS by 50 points. When did you update your profile?
I think it's something else other than the ielts which is not giving you the right points.Check your profile thoroughly.

I had given exam in Dallas on 29th April, however, I haven't got anything on the website. Anyone else from Dallas who got the results.

It usually takes 24 Hours for the Profile to get updated with the new score.
Wait till the time. If its still not updated. Contact CIC.

I along with my wife gave the exam on 29th April at Dallas, USA. But we are unable to check our results online.
Error :
No candidate result found. Please review the following details before trying again.
It must be the exact same detail you used when sat for the IELTS test.

Can anyone suggest anything ?

Did you receive any mail that your results are being withheld ?
I receive a mail yesterday that my result will delay .
I gave exam on 29th April in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia

I update my score in my profile today ( 5/12/2017) around 2 A.M PST. I will now wait for 24 hours to see if the score gets updated.

I had the same issue last time when I took my exam in SFO. I would suggest you to check today after 5 P.M again ( Last time I got my scores after 5 P.M )

They said they will notify me by e-mail once there is an update !!

How come? You have already increased your level from CLB 8 TO CLB 9.

This is really disappointing

I mailed the test center regarding the delay of my result and they emailed me back saying that their center is having an issue with the results and asked me to check after 5 P.M .

I also gave the exam at the same date in Dallas. I also cannot see the results online still.
