Hello every one,
I am studying at London Ontario now, with 2 years program (1st may 2017 to 30 april 2019).l want stay with my parents permanently in canada.so how they apply for visa from india

Are you an Int'l student or a PR?

Int'l student..
Then you can't live with your parents in Canada permanently unless they apply for immigration.

Your parents can apply for regular visitor visa which will allow them to stay for 6 months at a stretch upon each entry. You can write an invitation letter asking them to visit you temporarily. But since you're student and financially not solvent enough, your parents will have a hard time convincing visa officer that they will leave Canada after the tentative visit. However, having ongoing employment, business, tons of cash/property, other dependent children in India, healthy travel history may strengthen their case.

Your parents can apply on paper using VFS service from India or you can apply online on their behalf.

My parents want to stay in canada and fo some business like subway or sma

Then they have to apply for immigration on their own merit.
Or
Wait till you get PR here and then you can apply to sponsor them for immigration. It's a long way though. 2 years of study + 4 years of work + 2 years of processing (provided you win a lottery to sponsor your parents according to current rule)
Or
Wait till you get PR here and you apply for Super Visa which allows them to stay longer (2 years at a stretch). But this won't allow them to work or do business.
