Hi All,

I have recieved a NoI. Had some queries and request if someone can help/suggest:

Can I change the amount (that I will bring Canada) that I mentioned in my EE profile and then re-submit. It will not change any of the other details but will my NOI be still valid?

Thanks

Yes you can, it is safe.

What do you know about Procedural Fairness Request – Federal Skilled Worker?? I got one last night. Got 30 days to provide with the additional information. It says

1. A review of the information provided in support of your application, including the reference , indicates that your job duties may not match the lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties under NOC 0122 – Banking, Credit and Other Investment Managers.
2. Please confirm the appropriate NOC to classify your duties in this role. Should you select a new NOC, please submit confirmation that you have updated your MyCIC profile accordingly (i.e. EE profile number if different, screenshot of the NOC selected, etc.) and supporting documentation that your job duties match the lead statement and main duties of the NOC Code you have chosen to be assessed against.

Please suggest what should I do now.

Well it looks like you have to check again the NOC you choose, and try to find one that is more similar to yours. Can you share your OINP timeline?

I am pretty much sure that my NOC is 0122 and its the only code bankers could get.

My timeline:

EE profile: 24 Feb 2017
OINP NOI: 26 Feb
profile submitted: 12 March
assessment: May 4
DIP: 9 May
awaiting for information: 11 May

what do you think? what are my chances?

Could someone please post an example of a 'provincial nomination certificate'? I received a 'provincial interest letter'. I am not sure if it is the same thing. I think that they are two different documents.

Thank you.

Dont worry about it. That is valid for OINP application. Use the "print" button on top row, in your cic account. And print as pdf.

Yes they are 2 different documents.

Once you get the provincial interest letter you must apply for your OINP. Once your application is processed, Ontario will send you a provincial nomination certificate.

Good luck.

okay. I did. but have you heard about this procedure before? What do you think my chances are of getting approval from them? I am really worried.
They are giving you chance to change the NOC and You should provide appropriate NOC with roles and responsibility.

If I change my NOC do I have to provide new reference letter ? with changed roles & responsibilities? Does not that mean I provide wrong information earlier?
