What it represents? Is the category opened around 8:00-8:30 am Nova Scotia Time and filled immediately or their system crashed and no application was accepted?
Also the are mentioning the word "Re-open" for upcoming intakes. This make me believe that the Category B must have opened and filled within few minutes and after that they have paused the intake
on 8th till 5 pm (7:30 AM Nova Scotia) Indian time there was no updare. I checked again at 10 pm (12:30 pm, Nova Scotia) the message of Technical difficulties was shown and Category A was open.

I read in cicnews website that the category b was opened and they had technical difficulties and was paused immediately. It also mentioned that the same was confirmed by nova scotia immigration office and wud open soon
