Unfortunately the point system of express entry started only 2 years back and this is when scores have started to fall below 450 sigh!!!

an interesting thing is Canada is looking out for managerial candidates and I doubt how would they get one when they do not value for experience (no additional points after 3+ years of exp) and age ( huge decrease after you cross 30) . So I would conclude they are looking for inexperienced managers with around 5 years exp who are around 27 yrs of age

And have money and willing to immigrate!

how much time has pass d since u did the changes. My experience says that any changes not effecting the score take place very fast. On the contrary changes effecting score like wes do involve some amount of background checking and hence would be applied in say around 24 hours.

I changed it around 11 PM EST, I thought its real time, so I checked immediately. But its still not updated now almost after 12 hours. Looks like its 24 hours like you said.

This is also very interesting point.
OINP has been going on for almost a week now & I haven't received PNP from them despite my CRS 419 and profile re-created on May 8.
The thing is my NOC is 2174. Had it been on the managerial side 0213 or something, I am sure I would have gotten the PNP from Ontario by now as well.

So maybe Canada wants managerial candidate but are covering them under PNP programs.

I don't really think the draw is going to be today... There are five Wednesdays this month, hence they may decide to conduct a draw every other week.

Given the downward trend, I'm pretty much sure you'll be in either this month or the next one (CIC may decide to conduct draws every other week this month, since there are 5 weeks (which may keep the CRS score roughly flat), hence the chance to be PRESUMABLY selected only next month).
