Still a sitting duck unfortunately. Other than my call to CIC, they received my LOE and is currently processing my application is all I know. Oh, and that there is a delay.

I posted here when it happened! I still don't think I will get PPR for a long while yet.

Been MIA from the forum to see about 15 additional pages. Couldn't catch up. and they were mostly PNP talk anyways. But at least there is movement. I've been told there is a delay in processing. So hang in there. Lucky you haven't gotten an ADR yet if ever.

So My PCC has been shipped to my Visa office for 2 months now. Still no updates on myCIC.

I am also writing on here to see how many days has it been since I have applied for PR.

I guess they are slowing down on the ITAs too. It's been almost 3 weeks since the last ITA (April 12).

Your file (*******) is currently under review at our office and requires additional verifications. As result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if additional information or documents are required.

Can someone share if they have any insight on such a reply. I have seen cic replying other applicants with this reply though. Thanks!

I got the same reply. Usually they send this reply when they've asked for additional document. I got RCMP request and after that I asked them for status of my application and got the same response.

I think they're concerned about something they found in your BG\security checks. Do you have an extensive travel history? What about military\government service?

Seems like they are anticipating more than 6 months....
Hopefully everything will be smooth.

They might be working on background check or verifying some of your docs (additional screening)

I got the same reply. Usually they send this reply when they've asked for additional document. I got RCMP request and after that I asked them for status of my application and got the same response.
