pasting in MS word 2016 got me the barcode too. In fact it was properly formatted. PM me if you want me to email you the blank doc
Ugh I only have MS 2007. The problem with sharing the blank doc is that the barcode may be specific to each applicant. Don't you think so?

This is what I did.

Copied the entire content except bar code into a word doc. Save the bar code image from email separately into your local machine. Insert the image as object into the word doc.

Why print it?
I mean, can't you just print the entire PPR email since you need to submit it anyway and write your info in the Annex A section, by hand?

You don't need to submit the entire PPR email - only the filled Annex A section (handwritten or typed in), but yea no problem doing what you said either - just discard the extra pages

For me I am using gmail and tried printing the entire email, but it comes out weird. Everything is shrunk and there's not enough space to write down all the information. Ideally they should be sending the Annex as an attachment >.>

Yeah, exactly, I just selected the Annex A portion in the email, copied it, and directly pasted in MS Word 2016. I didnot have to adjust any indentation or anything - copied correctly with proper margins

I found a solution that you can just use the online google word, copy and paste, if you don't have a proper word on your computer. It works for me.

Guys, urgent help needed here. I received what I believe is PPR although to be honest it looks fake. The logo at the top looks like it was pasted, so does the one on top of the Annex A, the date is in French but the email is in English. However the domain is .gc.ca and my EE number and UCI are correct. However, the Annex A is attached in the email, just like you guys.

BUT there is no Barcode in the rectangle next to "Annex A" and unless I click print in gmail, I do not see the table (still unable to see the barcode though). Also, there is a typo "IF SENDING PASSPORTS BY COURIER: HAVE INCLUDED A PRE-ADDRESSED ABD OREOAUD AURWAY BILL."

Can you guys confirm it IS in fact a genuine mail and if yes, how to proceed to get the bar code to display and print the Annex A?

TIA
