I got my status changed to same as yours today. App received on 9th Jan 2017, File transferred on 6th Feb after SA.
My question is, if you click on help next to Final decision, it says a final decision has been made on your application. However in status, it says application is in progress.. :s

I have that too if i click the ? Mark

Clicking (?) will just give you the definition of the category. If it's approved, you'll see 'Your application is approved' inside the box or something to that effect.

I know i was just telling that person i got that as well.

I think for inland applications background check starts before review of eligibility and for outland applications review of eligibility starts before background check.

Hi any updates in your status? did uour background check changed from in progress to we are processing? And hiw about your review of eligibility?

Nothing changed on the website the only thing recently i received on April 4th is a third AOR.
I thought it was odd. My husband address had a typo. I wrote them. Only when they responded confirming they fixed his address they said that the communcation sent april 4th was a request to pay RPRF and how i had until May 4th to do so. :O. Ya thank God the address was wrong eh!
