can you post your exact results? is it not a case that some qualifications in some countries will not be the same in Canada, in some cases they are less, so this may be why.

I understand bro, but here I have 2 WES from 2 different people,

They have done same masters from same university, and University is RECOGNIZED, its Panjab University.

1st person
Bachelor of Commerce - Equivalency (Bachelor's 4 years)
Master of Commerce - Equivalency (Master)

2nd Person
Bachelor of Commerce - Equivalency (Bachelor's 4 years)
Master of Commerce - Equivalency (Bachelors 4 years)

ah sorry, totally misunderstood what you meant. Even though they did the same course, did they do the same modules/units? and some courses can be made up of different modules you can choose?

Also were they taken the same years? or is there a lengthy gay where they could have changed the course content?

Everyone here will try to propound multiple arguments except that WES could be wrong.

It's like i can almost conclude that WES are GOD, nothing else can explain this! Ha..;-)

Nothing wrong in it because the decision of WES is final and binding to IRCC.

B.Com is majorly 4 years Bachelors in Canada while in India it is 3 years. The first report is fine. You may appeal for second report if you want, considering the structure, course and no. of years for M.Com remains the same in both cases. 1st guy can claim Master's points and the 2nd can claim 2 or more degrees points as of now.

no its not possible to get 2 or more degrees, it will only be considered 2 or more degrees if the 2nd degree is considered POST GRADUATE study. or Masters for that matter, 2 same level degree wont give 2 or more degrees point.

not true, you can have two or more does not have to be post graduAte, depends on how they are evaluated, but does not have to be post graduate

you are very correct. CIC rules does not restrict it to only post-graduate only
