Update not submitted in the Express Entry Profile (PR application is submittion)

I have submitted my eAPR application which is in "Submitted status"
whereas my Express Entry application is in "Update Not Submitted"
Something wrong here ? . Please advise what to do further?

It's fine. As long as you have done your eAPR, your EE profile doesn't matter.

Few information has also been altered inside the EE profile.
Believing that shouldn't be any problem too.

That would be why it's not submitted.

Anything in EE is locked the moment you get an ITA. All that info is sent to your account at CIC and when you submit your eAPR it is compared. You could change everything in your EE profile post ITA, but the officer won't see it.

Any changes in your eAPR should be explained in your LOE.

Nothing wrong here. What happened is that you made an update that was not submitted before you got your ITA.

Hi - I am having the same issue. eAPR application is "Submitted" but Express Entry application is in "Update Not Submitted". I changed my NOC code from 1223 to 1221 but did not justify in LOE - Am I in trouble?
I checked the eAPR 10 times before submitting & everywhere only 1221 was mentioned. Hence did not mention anything in LOE as I thought it might confuse the visa officer. Later I found EE status as Update Not Submitted.

I am super worried.

Nope, i'm yet to receive PPR.
5 months & 5 days.
BGIP since June 7.

I suggest you raise a CSE explaining why the change . Provide a letter of explanation.
