any feedback on this please?
You don't need ECA for her bachelors. Only her masters suffice. Two or more degrees thing only applies to the case where say you have two bachelors or two masters - mainly different areas subject to skill transfer ability. In a normal case, obviously you cannot do a masters without getting a bachelors. So that doesn't count as two degrees

Yes you better do that. The reason is unique to Pakistani PCCs. It is not a CIC requirement. The problem is that each PC states "Person X has lived at this address since Y and there is nothing legal against him".

Although many people do it for their PRs and have gotten through i.e. they might have lived several places (cities as well as different addresses in cities) with in Pakistan and still submit one single PC at their family / permanent address for the entire period. But then they also match this in their address history. I have done the same as well as most others i know.

You might search a few older posts on the subject / ones i posted and could see details.

But let me warn you. Some people make this mistake, they put address history like this "lived at A from B to C ... then lived at D from E to F".... but the PCC states one address for the entire period since the age of 18. Some say they still got through with this, while others have received refusals for their PRs doing so.
Thanks, +1 to you! Also as our visa office is "London", if we get an interview call do we have to show up at the embassy in Islamabad or London? And someone from Pakistan had to go to Abu Dhabi I think for the interview.

You are most welcome. 99% cases do not get interviews. Even if they do, it would surely be in islamabad.

The one Abu Dhabi case was on the forum for a while, but likely it was a mistake. A significant part of Express entry is processed in Canada any ways.

No reasonable embassy of Canada would ever expect you to travel internationally for interview, specially when you have a visa office in home country.

Hi guys,

I am currently completing the Travel history info under the Personal History section in my eAPR.

They have asked,

Has JohnDoe, and if applicable, JohnDoe's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

I am the primary and only applicant. I have only traveled outside of my country of origin to Canada (where I have seen residing for past 3 years) in the past 10 years. I have since once flag-polled to USA to obtain Post Grad Work Permit and visited my country of origin.

How do you suggest I list them? i haven't traveled anywhere else between my home country and Canada.

Hello FKL, can you please answer this:

I have lived in three cities. One is my hometown (A), one where I studied and worked for 5 years (B), and one where I went after I got married (C).

I'm providing PCCs from A and C, as one was former my permanent address and one my current permanent address.

Should I mentioned studying and working in B in my Personal History form, in the addresses where I have lived, my activities after 18 years of age? Because I am not planning on providing a PCC from B.

Hi veritas,

You can mention studying and working at institutions (educational and work for B) in personal history. Don't mention address B in address history.

Just make sure your address history matches with PCCs i.e. first entire period at A and then entire period at C.

You can argue / consider that your home address never changed until you moved to current one i.e. C.

Thank you FKL. If I have chosen 'No' for Work History for my EE profile (as spouse of principal applicant), should I choose 'No' in the Work History form after ITA as well?

Assalamoalikum All,

Can anyone please tell me how long does it take for documents (Inter Marksheet/Certificate - FBISE) to be delivered to WES if sent directly by FBISE.

Under the current NIC from NADRA, you don't need multiple PCCs from within Pakistan. Even though the police system is not centralised, one PCC against your NIC number is a criminal check of all the cities you have lived in since 2007. I'm getting my PCC from my hometown (previous permanent address on my NIC), and they are also contacting my current address Police Station to verify that there is no criminal record, and that will be incorporated in my PCC.

As for addresses not mentioned on your NIC, I'm not sure if this holds true for that. But people who have lived for studies in a city for several years that is not their hometown have submitted their applications and received the PR, so I'm assuming it does apply to them now as well.

The source of this information is Police stations as well as civil servants.

I forwarded the documents for one of my friend. He got the decision from WES in a couple of weeks. It means FBISE sends the documents to WES very quickly.

Hi FKL,

I am in similar situation.

I am permanent resident of Lahore and have studied in muktan university from 2005-2010 and lived in the same university hostel.

In my address history, I have not shown this multan residence but have shown my lahore residence throughout the period.

Can you please guide me if i need PCC for multan city ?

I have also got the similar reply from local police officers and multiple police stations in lahore.

Can anyone else confirm this thing ?

That is good and interesting news. I have no idea of its status as of today.

But the key is that CIC never contacts these guys. So what you get in writing in the PCC is what matters.

The problem was that every police station issues PCC which has wordings like

"Person X has lived at address Y from A to B dates and there is nothing outstanding against him".

Now either they reach out to all locations you actually have lived and state all dates / durations which are actual and true

OR

whatever is written in PCCs, when combined matches your address history.

It is okay to have used only your temp / permanent address from NIC as long as it teles with your address history.

So any one's confirmation doesn't matter - what is written on the actual PCC, that matters. If it covers entire period since the age of 18 and matches the address history, you are good.

If they start issuing pccs with a different wording i.e. not saying "has lived at address x from a to b" and just say person x holding NIC # has nothing outstanding against him, that should be good too. Most other countries do that only and hence this problem is only specific to Pakistan.

P.S. Please take time to understand above well before asking me the same question. I have written about this so many times that its not a good feeling to repeat myself again and again. A brief look at a few pages of my past posts should give the same. Thank you for your patience.
