applying second year from within canada

I got admission into ALgonquin college for Jan 2017 and am going in Dec 28th. After going, i will apply for next course in sept 2017 intake to make my 1+1 year visa into 2+3 yrs visa.
Do i need to show all the funds like I did now i.e., GIC and tution fees and medical again to apply for visa?

Now you have went through the process of applying to a second program, please tell me the complete process. Does one has to show funds again?
