I am considering to apply for a college in Canada that allows student gets the PGWP after the studies. Any suggestion about what colleges to consider. I am thinking about taking a management program or should I consider a profession in demand in Canada?

Just to clarify it is not the college that allows a student to get a PGWP it is the fact a student attends a full time course plus the duration of the course being 8 months or more in a public college or university. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad.asp

There are hundreds of colleges across Canada so unless you have some specific area of study rather than some generic statement is almost impossible for anyone to make any recommendations.

Qualifying for a study permit also depends on your current qualifications and how they map to chosen course so whilst someone could imply some profession is in demand such as IT or web developers obtaining a study permit for some random course does not guarantee a permit would be issued.

For constructive feedback you need to provide more details.
