Hi Ig,

I have submitted my EOI on September, 2015 from friend sponsorship.

My IELTS is expired on 28 January, 2017 (next year). My question is that

should I again cleared IELTS? Please reply.

In my opinion your IELTS TRF should not be expired when you are submitting your application at CIC.

In case it expires before CIC receives your application then you should retake the assessment to avoid refusal of your application.

sorry, i dont think she can claim that additional 50 points to settle outside winnipeg if her supporter is in winnipeg. she can if:

*she has a job offer outside winnipeg
OR
*has another supporter who lives outside winnipeg
