Thank you for your reply. I was married in phillipines and I obtained my divorce in japan and my second marriage was in canada and I did not register my second marriage in NSO. Any advise?

Which marriage are they requesting it for?

Did you explain to them your second marriage was not done or registered in the Philippines? I'd think the Canadian certificate and divorce proof would be enough if you explain the issue.

They are requesting PSA the former NSO so I guess they want Cenomar. My marriage in Philippines for sure will appear in my Cenomar. I already include my japan divorced cert and canada marriage cert I dont know why they requesting for PSA(Philippine StAtistics Authority) advisory on marriage.

sorry for bumping and old thread.

but if we did not include the AOM in our application when it was submitted, will they still request it when they process the application instead of sending the application back?
