My application was delivered today and signed by Mike. I would have to send off another courier tomorrow as I don't think my photo spec meets the standards they requested

I also did same thing and send them a new courier with new photo specification. Write all personal details and when your app got delivered and who recieved it and your UCI number as well.

Hi Param, finally I got my baby's pictures from Philippines, its here with me now in Papua. As well as our's (spouse and I), two of us are still using the same date (OCT-14) it was taken, studio only changed the size.

But for my baby, she has grown a lot in this past 2-months, her hair also has grown longer since the last time we took her photo, you know babies grow very fast....

So we decided to take another one, with her latest appearance now.

Should this be fine????

16 MOS OLD BAY: DEC-12 TAKEN

I am planning to send this photos with the 50-70mm size, but the studio doesn't have stamp, so I will just put the details at the back, in case CIC wants to make sure they can contact the studio.

Please help me, If I am doing the right thing, what do you think? And the Generic Form, should I make a new one as well?

I also send latest one as well with new date on it. I also took new pictures as i was looking more good on that day.. Lol... And yes do send a new generic form as well. Hope everything will be ok and write a explanation letter and explain all stuff .

Lizzy, we should stick to one forum. I think you made one forum and now somebody made a new one. Its will hard to track timelines like this. ???

Hi Vimal,
The problem my package was returned is due to unsigned SCHEDULE 4 FORM. The Fund declaration Form.

They sent a GENERAL FORM OF LETTER and just highlighted in yellow the one that I missed. They don't require me to take a new IELTS exam. I just took it to make sure, send the new one also to MPNP and then to CIC.

The reason why I chose to send a new IELTS results, is the clause on the letter saying...
"YOUR LANGUAGE TEST EITHER HAS EXPIRED OR WILL EXPIRE ON __________.
LANGUAGE TEST RESULTS MUST NOT BE OLDER THAN TWO YEARS UPON THE DATE RECEIVED AT CIO."

So I came up with the decision to take the exam again.

When is your IELTS expiring? The packaged was signed on DEC-11, right?
