Thank you mrs. S. I have another question, I'm curently outside canada visiting my spouse, im wondering if they will also send the appeal form to My spouse toghether with the refusal ? I read somewhere they said that they only send the appeal form to the sponsor, the PR only receives the refusal letter, not sure if it's truth. Trying to plan ahead in case I have to look for a flight to go back Canada for this letter. Thanks.
I never received a physical letter ... they sent me an email and that was sufficient for me to submit my appeal. Have you been getting notifications from them by email?

From my experience, they only send the appeal form to the sponsor. Your spouse will only receive the rejection letter.

Thank you mrs S and wintersnow, I will ask one of my family member to watch out for the mail and scan the form back to me. My VO has never communicated with me by email, maybe they have my email address wrong.
By the way, did you ever know/read from someone that their ecas status change to decision made prior to remedical, but they still pass the interview ? My VO is in Singapore, they don't tell us the result at the end of the interview. So we just guess we failed the interview as the status changes to decision made without requesting us for remed and background check.... We think it's a bad sign.

Decision made just means decision made, it can be good or bad.

Please let me know if I should FAX or MAIL the appeal form ? how do we know if it's reached them . Thank you.
You can fax the form if you wish since you are not in Canada at the moment. They will send you a letter informing you that they received it. I mailed my appeal form and it took about 2 weeks to get a letter back from them that they received it.

hello will someone please help me I have an adr in august and its in Toronto I want to know what I need to bring and what questions will they ask? my case is not that big of problem just I didn't bring my pregnancy papers and after wedding photos the vo thinks our marriage isn't genuine know I want to be prepared for this adr and also what are the chances :( plzz help someone :'( :(

Make sure you send in additional documents that you will need to prove your marriage is real, all those should be sent in no later than 20 days before the date of ADR. If you don't send these documents in advance they can't be considered during the ADR. On the date of the ADR you will need to take a copy of all the evidence you send in before to support your case.

Being successful at ADR depends on how well you answer your questions and the kind of evidence you provide to back up your answers. You need to know your spouse inside out and vise versa. Learn everything about each other. Make sure you remember every detail on how your relationship started and progressed up to this point. Try not to leave any gaps and make mistakes. You and your spouse have to have to give the same answers in case they ask similar questions. You and your spouse also have to have a solid plan to explain to them if they ask you what you will do if they don't issue the visa to your spouse.

As long as you and your spouse know everything about each other and have a plan for the future together you will do fine at ADR.
HAVE FAITH AND BE CONFIDENT IN YOURSELF AND YOUR MARRIAGE
I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST AT ADR :)

BTW...When did you file the appeal?

To prepare for ADR I recommend going to the following site and studying the cases similar to yours.

http://www.canlii.org/en/#search/type=decision&ccId=cisr&dateRange=l3y&all=under%20section%204

Its a great resource and I guarantee it will give you more knowledge and help you be better prepared for the questions that they might ask.
